Wildwater Sauna
Renowned coastal forager Craig Evans and his faithful Golden Retriever Llew (Welsh for Lion) are bringing coastal education and sustainability to groups with his 'Coastal Foraging Courses' in an ethical and accessible way. Perfect for all abilities and age groups.

Tours take place Thursday and Saturday throughout the season, from spring right up until harvest time. Tours start at 11am, last 90 minutes and involve a presentation and tour of the vineyard, together with a tasting of two or more of their wines. To follow your tour, why not add one of their Welsh grazing boards? Charcuterie and artisanal cheeses from West Wales, locally baked focaccia and chutneys made in Pembrokeshire.

MEET OUR WILDLIFE
The 186-mile (299km) Pembrokeshire Coast Path showcases the varied coastal scenery of Pembrokeshire, from St Dogmaels in the north to Amroth in the south. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park itself is home to a variety of wildlife, including seals, seabirds and rare flora and fauna. Our offshore islands of Skomer and Ramsey are not only home to our Pembrokeshire puffins but are particularly popular for their seal populations, with Ramsey being the largest grey seal pupping site in southern Britain.
Puffin, Skomer Island
A series of freshwater lakes were created in the 18th and 19th centuries by the Stackpole Estate by blocking three narrow limestone valleys. Part of a National Nature Reserve, the ponds are located near Broad Haven South beach and are known for their exquisite water lilies. Today the ponds are a haven for otters, waterfowl, dragonflies and various bird species, including coot, moorhen, mute swan, heron and kingfisher.
Pembrokeshire boasts 10 Blue Flag beaches, including Broad Haven, Coppet Hall, Dale, Newgale, Poppit Sands, Saundersfoot, Tenby Castle, Tenby North, Tenby South and Whitesands, known for their exceptional standards, environmental management and water quality. They are the perfect spots for rockpooling. As well as limpets, periwinkles, shrimps and anemones, you can expect to see jellyfish, starfish, crabs and even dogfish and octopus!
Puffins are incredibly cute, endlessly fascinating and are only around for a few months a year, making this pint-sized seabird a huge attraction for visitors to the Pembrokeshire coast. You will find them on Skomer Island, off the coast of Pembrokeshire, from April to August. To land on Skomer, you would depart from Martin's Haven, or should you wish to view them from the sea, you can take a boat trip from St Justinians, home to the St Davids lifeboat station.

Pembrokeshire boasts 12 castles, which is more castles per square mile than any other county in the world. We have a long history of castle building, everything from early motte and bailey castles to grand bishops' fortified palaces, including the birthplace of Henry VII. Manorbier Castle
Set in the walled town of Pembroke, which formed around the castle, sits our enormous oval Norman castle, mostly surrounded by a serene mill pond. Extensively restored in Victorian times, it's dominated by the complex gatehouse on the outside and the huge circular keep once you're inside. With daily tours and a busy events programme, this is a highlight for any history enthusiast.

The magnificent Carew Castle has a history spanning 2,000 years. Set in a stunning location overlooking a 23-acre millpond, the castle displays the development from a Norman fortification to an Elizabethan country house, and sits ideally over the road from a very quaint pub.

Perched upon the cliffs in the heart of the village, you can't really miss the Norman castle. The castle occupies a commanding position overlooking the beautiful Manorbier beach, with the village nestled behind. Steeped in history and folklore, this Norman gem has many secrets to discover.
