We always aim for the highest standards of personal service and expect all our staff to anticipate and meet guests’ needs, whatever they may be. If we need to adjust to meet a guest’s requirements then we aim to do that in a discrete manner.
We trust that our guests understand that not all parts of these historic buildings which date back to the 15th century can be completely accessible. However, during its restoration and remodelling, every care was taken to ensure good access for all whilst protecting the character of this special place.
