When HMS Erebus set off on Franklin's expedition in 1845, she became the subject of one of the most compelling maritime mysteries of our time. For one weekend, Michelin-starred chef Tomos Parry brings his three London restaurants, Brat, Mountain and Brat x Climpson's Arch, home to Wales.
