Sports & Adventure in Pembrokeshire

On the weekend of 9th & 10th of May, Rwts will be kicking off the start of the Summer season by hosting a surf and skate competition in Broad Haven

Get ready to ride the most scenic sportive in the UK! The 2026 JCP Solicitors | Tour of Pembrokeshire returns on Saturday 23rd May, starting in the historic city of St Davids. This iconic Welsh cycling event takes you through some of Pembrokeshire’s most beautiful landscapes, from its rugged coastline and serene country lanes to the majestic Preseli Hills.

Choose your challenge from four epic distances, each finishing in the beautiful cliff top campsite of Dale, overlooking Milford Sound. 100-mile ultra – St Dogmaels to Dale (160 km / 6,300m gain) 50-mile ultra – Porthgain to Dale (80 km / 2,850m gain) 50K ultra – St David’s to Dale (50 km / 1,850m gain) 22-mile trail race – Newgale to Dale (35 km / 1,150m gain)

The Llys-y-Frân 10km is a new running event set in the surroundings of Llys-y-Frân Country Park, in support of the Pembrokeshire Coast Charitable Trust. Delivered in partnership with AspireX Events, the 10km route follows the reservoir and surrounding countryside. The event is open to runners of all abilities, including experienced runners and those taking part in their first 10km.
