The Ras Dewi Sant Half Marathon Course will start in the heart of St Davids, at the top of the Cathedral Steps. From here you will head out of St Davids via Quickwell Hill. The country lanes that surround the City will take you out to the picturesque hamlet of Treleddyd-Fawr. From here you take the footpaths that lead over the hills and on to the Coast Path. This section has some of the greatest views the area has to offer.

A sprint distance duathlon (5k run, 21k bike, 2.5k run) set on the banks of the Milford Haven Waterway at Brunel Quay, Neyland.
