Pembrokeshire Local Food Partnership launched a new monthly farmers’ market at the Queens Hall Narberth, back in June 2026. Running monthly, from 10am to 2pm, the market provides a dedicated space for local producers to sell, share, and celebrate food grown, reared, and made in Pembrokeshire.

Tenby Blues Festival 2026 will take place over the weekend of 13th-15th November when a warm welcome will be extended to Blues fans from near and far, new and returning, to enjoy a fun filled three days in one of the UK’s loveliest seaside towns set in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Three days of wonderful Blues in all its forms featuring around 50 acts in over 20 venues, most of them with free admission, is the hallmark of this award winning community event with a terrific atmosphere and a friendly vibe that is second to none. This is our 20th Festival so we intend making it an extra-special weekend by bringing back an exciting mix of some of our favourite performers together with some amazing newcomers. There’ll be plenty of surprises and some very interesting merchandise and memorabilia on display and for sale (but no snow globes, sorry). Don’t leave it until the last minute to get your tickets! We are hoping to sell out.

Santa is all set for Pembroke Castle’s Christmas Market! Pembroke Castle will be once again hosting its annual Christmas Market which has been a big hit since its launch in 2012. This year the market will offer over 80 stalls selling gifts, toys, local produce, clothing and jewelry. The highlight of the event will be the big arrival of Santa at 6:30pm on the Friday evening. Following Santa's arrival he will be staying in the castle and joining in with the musical entertainment. On Saturday & Sunday, Santa will be in his Pembroke Castle Grotto between 10:30am 3:30pm to meet all of the younger visitors, hand out gifts and accept Christmas lists. Visits to Santa will cost only £3 per child and proceeds will go to charity. In addition to Santa and the best products that Pembrokeshire and west Wales has to offer, the event will feature musical entertainment from local school carol singers and musicians who will be performing in the marquee throughout the weekend. Dogs are allowed into the event but must be kept on a short. Dogs are also permitted from entering the marquee as it can be congested and is unsuitable for them. Our Christmas Market is still FREE to attend! To help us manage visitor numbers, improve safety and speed up entry, all visitors are now required to book their FREE tickets online in advance. Tickets can be booked for one, two or all three days of the event. This event is supported by Valero and Pembroke Town Council for the benefit of Pembroke and its community.

Tenby's Christmas lights switch-on and Santa Run! The festive countdown is on! Tenby's Christmas lights switch-on and annual Santa Run are both scheduled for Saturday 28th November 2026. Organised by Tenby Round Table, the 3km charity Santa Run takes place from 11am to 12.30pm, with shorter routes available for children. Later in the day, Father Christmas is expected to arrive aboard Tenby RNLI's all-weather lifeboat before being escorted into Tudor Square by the local fire crew. A lovely date to add to your festive diary! Will you be joining in with the Christmas magic this year?

Step into the Christmas story with an interactive family adventure! Join us for an interactive nativity trail where families will journey through the Christmas story together in search of a very special baby. As you visit each scene, you'll meet the characters from the first Christmas, watch the story unfold, and children will be invited to join in with fun activities and challenges along the way - from helping a shepherd find his lost sheep to preparing a special gift fit for a King with the Wise Men. The trail is designed primarily for primary school-aged children, but families of all ages are warmly welcome to take part together. Trail sessions begin every 15 minutes. Before your trail begins, enjoy Christmas crafts, seasonal refreshments and extra festive activities while you wait for your adventure to start. Then, after completing the trail, finish your visit with a free donkey ride – the perfect ending to a festive family day out! This free community event is open to everyone. There is no charge to attend, although donations towards the cost of the event are always appreciated. Please note: The interactive trail lasts approximately 30 minutes. Trail sessions begin every 15 minutes. Christmas crafts, seasonal refreshments and additional festive activities are available before your trail while you wait. Free donkey rides are available after completing the trail. Donkey rides are subject to a maximum rider weight of 7 stone. Run by Wellspring Anglican Church (wellspringanglican.org)

Meeting Father Christmas at Picton is an experience for the whole family. With sumptuous decorations and an elf door trail in the castle, Christmas crafts in the family room, a gift for every child and mulled wine or spiced apple juice for every adult by the fireside in the Great Hall. With Father Christmas in his traditional green, and Mother Christmas too, this is a unique Christmas treat for young and old alike. Tickets to be released closer to the date.

The Saundersfoot New Year’s Day Swim started in 1984 and has grown and grown and in 2026 - 3,323 registered to swim. This event raises money for charities and good causes.
