Welcome to 2018: Year of the Sea

So what’s planned for 2018?

Throughout the year we will be celebrating our outstanding coastline and shores as we plunge into Wales’ Year of the Sea.

The Year of the Sea was just made for Pembrokeshire. Surrounded on three sides by water and with no part of Pembrokeshire being more than 14 miles from the coast you can see why we have salt water in our veins.

The best way to see our coastline is from the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, all 186 miles from St Dogmaels in the north to Amroth in the south, you’ll pass seascapes of breathtaking variety, award-winning beaches, harbours, inlets and islands. You’ll definitely pass our 10 most Instagrammable places in Pembrokeshire

And no doubt you’ll pass all those who just love to be in or on the water.  There’s coasteering, surfing, diving, paddleboarding, kayaking not to mention messing about on boats – fishing or sailing.

A visit to Pembrokeshire will be your greatest coastal experience of 2018.

Welcome to our Year of the Sea.
