A holy well, retreat and shrine dedicated to the mother of St David, situated on the coast just south of St Davids.

Milford Haven Heritage & Maritime Museum

The Old Custom House, The Docks, Milford Haven, SA73 3AF

Housed in the Old Custom House in the dock area, one of the oldest buildings in the town. The museum illustrates the history of the major industries which the town has been home to.

Llanwnda Holy Well and the church dedicated to St Gwndaf.

The adjacent church of St Gwyndaf is a little gem,  normally open 24/7 but covid-19 restrictions mean is it temporarily closed to visitors.  It was used as a shelter by the invading French forces in 1797, using pages from the bible (on display) to light their fires. Tenby Castle

Only a small tower remains of Tenby Castle, perched on top of Castle Hill, which is almost surrounded by the sea.

Pembroke Castle

Pembroke, SA71 4LA

An enormous oval castle, mostly surrounded by a serene mill pond. Extensively restored in Victorian times, it’s dominated by the complex gatehouse on the outside and the huge circular keep.

Narberth Castle

South end of town, Narberth,

A rectangular castle with towers on each corner but, unfortunately, not much remains today. The most fascinating thing about Narberth Castle is the legends that are attached to it.

Melin Tregwynt

Tregwynt Mill, Castlemorris, Haverfordwest, SA62 5UX

Owned by the same family since 1912, over 30 local people work at the mill and their products can be found in design-led shops and smart hotels, on film and TV. You can watch the weaving Mon to Fri and there is a mill shop, cafe and picnic area open 7 days a week.

Y Felin Mill

Mill Street, St Dogmaels, Nr Cardigan, SA43 3DY

Y Felin is one of the last working water mills in Wales producing traditional stoneground flour. Y Felin produces a range of stoneground flours to buy plus guided tours of the mill.
