Croeso AWARDS

RECOGNISING QUALITY TOURISM

The 2024 Croeso Awards will be held on Wednesday 30th October at Pembrokeshire College

Our annual Croeso Awards champion the very best of the county’s tourism industry – celebrating quality, innovation and customer service. Winning an award shows that your business is among the best in the county, providing valuable media exposure.

Hosting the event at Pembrokeshire College provides a wonderful opportunity for students to get involved in all aspects of the event. We are delighted to announce an exciting collaboration for this year’s Awards between Pembrokeshire College and the Seren Collection which will see hospitality students delivering a Pembrokeshire-sourced dinner with the guidance and support of the team at Seren.

For the first time in many years, the awards cycle begins at county level, feeding into the regional area; Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Swansea, Neath & Port Talbot, then feeding into the national Visit Wales Awards, to be held in Spring 2025.

In the Croeso Awards 2024, there are two types of categories:

Local: these categories are only offered at a county level.
Core: these categories feed into the national awards, so all winners are put forward to the regional area with the winner for the region then going forward to the national Visit Wales Awards. These categories use an application form that is consistent across Wales.

No business is too small to win an award: all applications are judged in context, it’s the customer experience that really matters.

Please note:

We have two Self-Catering categories; up to 3 units & 4 units and over. The business with the highest points awarded by the judges across both categories will go forward to the regional awards.

The Caravan Park of the Year & Campsite / Glamping Provider of the Year categories will also be combined and the business with the highest points awarded by the judges across these two categories will go forward to the regional awards.

The Croeso Awards are open to all tourism operators and suppliers to the tourism industry in Pembrokeshire and are on a self-nomination process. Businesses and organisations are encouraged to enter multiple categories as they feel appropriate but before entering, please ensure you read the terms & conditions of entry.
