Category entry
- The Croeso Awards are open to any tourism/hospitality business to self-nominate in one or more categories.
- All entries are judged on the quality of the submission against each criteria.
- A separate form must be completed for each entry.
Location
- Entries may be received from businesses up to 1 mile over the border with neighbouring counties who promote Pembrokeshire’s tourism industry.
Membership
- Entrants do not need to be members of Visit Pembrokeshire. The awards are open to all tourism industry providers.
Accreditation through Visit Wales / AA
- There is no requirement for businesses to have formal accreditation by Visit Wales or the AA
Entries / Judging
- For each entry it is important that you read the criteria and describe in as much detail the business / product / service you are nominating.
- All entries must be uploaded electronically via the online platform. We are unable to accept entries via post/email.
- All entries must be received no later than midnight on 30th June.
- A panel of independent shortlisting judges will review entries in each category and choose a shortlist based upon online submissions only.
- Judging by an independent panel will take place to establish winners in all categories.
- Applications for the awards must be submitted strictly within the time and date ranges specified.
- The decision of the panel of judges is final.
- Directors and employees of Visit Pembrokeshire do not take part in or have influence over the shortlisting or judging process.

Entries / Judging
- For each entry it is important that you read the criteria and describe in as much detail the business / product / service you are nominating.
- All entries must be uploaded electronically via the online platform. We are unable to accept entries via post/email.
- All entries must be received no later than midnight on 30th June.
- A panel of independent shortlisting judges will review entries in each category and choose a shortlist based upon online submissions only.
- Judging by an independent panel will take place to establish winners in all categories.
- Applications for the awards must be submitted strictly within the time and date ranges specified.
- The decision of the panel of judges is final.
- Directors and employees of Visit Pembrokeshire do not take part in or have influence over the shortlisting or judging process.
- Employees of Visit Pembrokeshire are not eligible to submit an entry to the awards.
- Applications will only be considered if they are deemed to meet the eligibility criteria for the category.
- Applications will only be considered if they are completed in full and do not exceed the maximum word counts.
- Visit Pembrokeshire reserves the right to move an application into a different category, if deemed more appropriate and should this occur the business affected will be informed.
- Visit Pembrokeshire will not accept responsibility for applications delayed or lost because of any network, computer hardware or software failure.
- By entering these awards, you agree to be part of any publicity undertaken in association with the awards.
Finalists
- Only award winners/finalists may use the awards logo provided by Visit Pembrokeshire.
- Under no circumstances should the logo be used by non-shortlisted businesses.
- One complimentary ticket to the awards ceremony will be given to each of the finalists.
- If a business is shortlisted in more than one category it will still only be eligible to receive one complimentary ticket.
