How to Register
Due to the increasing popularity of the Tenby 10k, entries this year will be capped at 1000 participants. No entries will be accepted on race day!
All registrations must be completed online. Entry will close on Sunday, 12th October, or sooner if we hit the participant limit. After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.

Race Regulations
The race will be conducted in accordance with Welsh Athletics rules. Participants must be at least 15 years old on race day. Headphones or similar audio devices (unless medically necessary) are not allowed during the race.
- Please note: As this event raises vital funds for a local charity, we’re unable to offer refunds. Your entry fee will go directly toward supporting this important cause. Thank you for your understanding and support. You are able to transfer your entry via the TicketTailer entry platform.
