We’re delighted to welcome the team from Trullo to fforest farm for the very first time this summer.
Founded by Tim Siadatan and Jordan Frieda in 2010, Trullo quickly became one of London’s most loved neighbourhood restaurants. Set on a once quiet corner of Highbury, it earned a reputation for warm hospitality, rustic charm and deeply seasonal Italian cooking.
Now led by Chef Co-Owner Conor Gadd, who joined shortly after opening, Trullo continues to be celebrated for its understated excellence. Handmade pasta, beautifully sourced ingredients and simple, confident cooking done exceptionally well.
On 25th July, the Trullo team will bring their signature style to West Wales for a relaxed four-course dinner in the cedar barn, cold drinks in the evening sun and a menu shaped by the season.
Come for the full weekend and settle in properly. Walk the coast, relax in our Nature Spa, enjoy slow mornings and late evenings around the fire in our special corner of West Wales.
Or, if you can’t make the whole weekend, there are a limited number of tickets available for the Saturday dinner only.
Croeso cynnes is chi! A warm welcome to you!
