Reeves BBQ is a Pembrokeshire-based food pop-up bringing authentic American-style barbecue to events across the county and beyond. Craig gained his cooking skills in the British Army where he served as a chef for nearly 10 years. Craig left the Army in 2022 to pursue a more settled family life, and found the art of BBQ acted like therapy for him when adjusting to life outside of the Army. Reeves BBQ was founded in 2023, which he now runs with his wife Kate, and has been a growing success ever since. The business has built a reputation for exceptional slow-cooked meats, and a commitment to sourcing quality local produce, which sets them apart.
