Pembrokeshire Chilli Farm

Pembrokeshire Chilli Farm offers a spicy taste of Wales—with heat, heartfelt craftmanship, and a pinch of Pembrokeshire charm.

About Pembrokeshire Chilli Farm

Pembrokeshire Chilli Farm is an award-winning, family-run business nestled near Neyland in the heart of West Wales. Founded in 2017 by Owen and Michelle Rosser, what began as a hobby with 150 chilli plants in a home greenhouse has grown into a thriving operation cultivating up to 10,000 kg of fresh chillies each year across more than 8,000 ft² of polytunnels.

From seed to sauce, everything is crafted with care, passion, and a commitment to Welsh produce. The farm grows a wide variety of chillies—from fruity Aji Limon to fiery Carolina Reapers—and uses them to produce a bold, flavour-packed product range that’s become a favourite at food festivals, farm shops, and independent retailers across the UK.

The farm produces over 20 distinct products, ranging from fiery hot sauces like “Reapers Creepers” and “Ghost Tears,” to milder options, jams, pickles, marinades, rubs, and even cheeses—all crafted using locally grown Welsh chillies and ingredients. Their commitment to quality recently earned them the title of Best Food & Drink Producer at the Pembrokeshire County Show.

The product range includes:

  • Hot Sauces – From mild to extreme heat, their lineup includes bestsellers like Reapers Creepers, Ghost Tears, and Scorpions Bite—all made using fresh, homegrown chillies.
  • Chilli Jams & Sweet Sauces – Sweet, sticky and full of punch, such as the Original Sweet Chilli Sauce, Habanero Chilli Jam and Smokey Chipotle Jam.
  • Dry Rubs & Seasonings – Hand-blended BBQ rubs and dry seasonings for grilling, smoking or roasting, including Ghost Pepper Rub and Smoky Bacon Rub.
  • Pickles & Oils – Chilli-infused oils from Pembrokeshire Gold, that are rich in depth and character.

Growing rapidly not just in size but reputation, the farm saw a spectacular increase in visibility and boosted social media engagement following a feature on ITV’s Prue Leith’s Cotswold Kitchen, where they were praised as “food heroes”.

Whether you’re a spice lover or a curious foodie, Pembrokeshire Chilli Farm offers something to awaken every palate, with quality, provenance, and fiery flair at the core of everything they do.

Pop along to the shop in Neyland to see for yourself, there are plenty of tasters and plenty of advice on growing chillies
