Blossom Farm began as a dream shared by Marc and Laura. In 2003, they discovered the farm — then a forgotten, crumbling place with roots stretching back to the 1600s. With a four-year-old daughter, Niamh, and a baby on the way, they saw not just decay, but potential — the chance to build a slower, simpler life.
In 2020, with their children grown, Marc and Laura decided to share their little slice of peace. They converted a few of the farm’s buildings into cosy, character-filled cottages. These three unique spaces offer guests the chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect — with themselves, with nature, and with a simpler way of life.
Now Blossom Farm has six unique holiday accommodation options all with their own private space. Each is self catering and has an outside space with a hot tub.
Lavender Cottage, sleeps four, is dog and family friendly all on one level.
Foxglove Cottage, sleeps four and is also family and dog friendly.
Fern Cottage cosy and rustic sleeps two and is dog friendly.
Tawny Lodge, a two storey lodge sleeps two, the romantic option.
Huckleberry Bus, a converted American school bus, totally unique, sleeps four - king size bed and bunks for children.
American Airstream trailer, totally revamped to offer a rustic space with all mod cons, sleeps two.
All guests are invited to enjoy the safe and rural setting rich with wildlife. A firepit area under the trees and a wild lake offer guests the opportunity to get outdoors and breathe the fresh air and simply listen to the quiet.
There’s no rush at Blossom Farm, no pressure — just space, calm, and the kind of gentle beauty that stays with you long after you leave.
