Annwn is A Welsh food movement that is set out to pay homage to our surroundings and landscapes here in Wales.

The single menu will change during the seasons, shunning food miles in favor of local seasonal and locally foraged produce that showcases Wales wild ecosystems and the incredible quality and diversity of local sustainable producers.
