- Uponreceipt of the Exhibitor booking form, yourconfirmationinvoice will be emailed to you. Payment isrequired within 7-working days of the issue date toguarantee your exhibition space. Failure to make your payment within thistime frame, may result in the cancellation of your exhibitor package.
- Should you select the Enhanced Exhibitor option, this includes a full page advert in our A5 Show guide booklet. All artwork must be sent to marketing@visitpembrokeshire.com by Friday 23rd October at the latest, inJPEG format . Should you fail to meet this deadline, your advert will not be included in the Show Guide.
- In order to exhibit at the Visit Pembrokeshire Trade Show, you are required to have Public Liability Insurance and all electrical equipment must be PAT-test compliant.
- Visit Pembrokeshire reserves the right to organise the floorplan of the event. Although requests may be taken into account, we reserve the right to position exhibitors where we feel would be of most benefit to our delegates.
- By attending the event, I grant permission to Visit Pembrokeshire to use any photographic images/video taken at this event for all uses in Visit Pembrokeshire publications, electronic media, including websites, Facebook etc and other promotional material. Should you wish to opt out of this, please speak to a member of the team on the day.
