We are inviting businesses, organisations, residents and partners across Pembrokeshire to help shape a ten-year vision for our visitor economy which will align with our 2024-28 Destination Management Plan.

By completing the survey below, which takes around 10 minutes to complete, your perspective will directly help inform the priorities, actions and direction of the final strategy.

This isn’t just another survey. This is about shaping our home for the next 10 years.

Over the past year, a growing group of passionate people from across Pembrokeshire, businesses, community voices, local organisations and partners, have been working together to shape a long-term vision for the future of our visitor economy.

Pembrokeshire has an opportunity to pursue what we are calling good growth.

Growth that creates greater value for local businesses and communities, supports better year-round employment, protects the natural environment, and strengthens pride in place for future generations.

This is not about growth at any cost. It is about asking the big question:

What kind of visitor economy do we want Pembrokeshire to have over the next decade?

One that creates better year-round opportunities for businesses.
One that helps young people build careers here.
One that protects the landscapes and coastline that define this place.
One that creates pride, not pressure, within our communities.

The survey explores some of the Key Challenges facing Pembrokeshire, including:

extending the season and increasing value
workforce, housing and skills
infrastructure and accessibility
visibility and identity
and the protection of nature itself
