Who are you and what do you do?

I am Eleri Roebuck, a Director and joint Head of Commercial Property at JCP Solicitors. I advise owner-managed businesses, investors and lenders on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and development projects. A significant part of my work involves tourism-related assets, particularly caravan and holiday parks, so I work closely with clients operating in this sector at every stage of their business journey. This often involves collaborating with colleagues across the business to ensure that our clients receive well-rounded advice and support.

How did you first find out about the Croeso Awards?

I first became aware of the Croeso Awards through Visit Pembrokeshire and wider engagement with the tourism and hospitality sector in West Wales. JCP Solicitors actively supports and sponsors initiatives within the local business and community landscape. The Croeso Awards are well recognised by us as an important platform for celebrating tourism and other businesses that contribute so much to the Pembrokeshire economy and visitor experience.

Have you attended before and what are your expectations for the 2026 event?

Yes, and I have followed the Croeso Awards for several years and have seen how they continue to grow in profile and impact. For 2026, I expect another strong celebration of innovation, quality and resilience across Pembrokeshire’s tourism sector, particularly with the continued involvement of Pembrokeshire College and industry partners, which adds real depth and future focus to the event.

Why did you decide to Sponsor the Caravan Park of the Year category?

Caravan parks are a vital part of Pembrokeshire’s tourism infrastructure and a key area within our corporate and commercial property practice. We regularly advise clients on the purchase, sale and financing of caravan parks, and we see first-hand the investment, regulatory complexity and long-term planning required to operate them successfully. Sponsoring this category allows us to recognise the excellence locally in this sector.

How do you feel about being a champion of Pembrokeshire’s tourism industry?

It is something I am very proud of. Tourism plays a crucial role in Pembrokeshire’s economy, and behind every successful tourism business is a significant property asset that must be carefully managed and protected. Supporting the Croeso Awards is a way of championing the people and businesses who invest in the county, create employment and help make Pembrokeshire such a special destination for visitors year after year.
