Temple Bar Inn

Temple Bar Inn is located in the heart of the Pembrokeshire National Park and looks out over one of the most ruggedly beautiful views you will see anywhere in the world. Attracting international visitors from every point of the compass, the local area features the start of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. It’s a trail that’s guaranteed to feed your soul if you love nature and is considered by many ramblers to be the third-best walk in the world.

Our family-friendly inn is located in Amroth, a pretty village on the southernmost tip of Pembrokeshire, close to the beginning of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. To be precise we are at 51*43’ 53N. 4*39’ 48W – the perfect pit stop to relax, refuel and drink in the surroundings, whether you are at the start or finish of your journey.

Just 20 metres from the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and 8 miles from Tenby, the Temple Bar Inn has a wealth of history surrounding it – a winning combination of a stunning beach, nearby wood, gardens and an open-air theatre during the summer months. Although no longer in use, Amroth’s mining heritage can also be seen in the legacy tramway and mines that remain in the vicinity.
