Rwts offers a seasonally inspired menu that is crafted with sustainability and well-being in mind, offering fresh, locally sourced, and organic ingredients wherever possible. Guests can dine indoors in the surf-chic styled dining room or enjoy al fresco meals in the garden, with uninterrupted ocean views and sunset scenes.
With a focus on plant-forward, gluten-free, and whole food dishes, we guarantee that you won't feel limited by your diet - so whether you’re enjoying an array of flavour-packed tapas, customising your own hearty ramen bowls, or indulging in one of Wales’ best gluten-free pizzas, you’re guaranteed to leave feeling balanced and well-nourished.

Rwts was created by Tim Rees, founder of Unearthed Festival and Treedwellers, two projects deeply rooted in the power of connection—with people, with the natural world, and with ourselves. Tim’s journey has always revolved around crafting spaces that encourage exploration, belonging, and presence. Unearthed Festival became a beacon for seekers of music, art, and wisdom, while Treedwellers reimagined sustainable, immersive stays within nature. Rwts is the next chapter of that story, bringing these elements together in a sanctuary by the sea.
