Chris and Rachel Wolsey and their two sons, Tom and Mark, have farmed in Pembrokeshire for almost 50 years producing high quality beef and lamb.  Their stock is traditionally grass fed on land crossing from the foothills of the Preseli Mountains, in the Pembrokeshire National Park, to the stunning natural beauty of the Pembrokeshire coast.

Quality begins with the selection and rearing of only the best animals from Traditional British Breeds.  The selection process, ethical organic farming and wonderful natural environment the animals are reared in leads to meat with fantastic texture and taste…..we think the Best in the World!

Our products come directly from our own farm or from a few very carefully selected local suppliers who meet our quality ethos. Our meat is produced to the highest standards under certification bodies including:

• Food Standard Highest Hygiene rating 5
• The Soil Association
• Farm Assured Welsh Livestock
• Little Red Tractor Assured Food standards

Our meat is dry aged for a minimum of 32 days to ensure the best quality and flavour possible. Every order is freshly prepared and dispatched in our cool boxes to reach you within 24 hours.
