Owners Louise and Ed Sykes feel their food now is exactly where they want it to be with great local and foraged ingredients, working within the seasons, nose to tail cooking. These principals mean that the menu changes daily if necessary according to what is available.

Expect home-smoked salmon (also available to purchase from the premises), Newport Bay crab & lobster, Preseli lamb and Gwaun Valley beef followed by delicious desserts.

Opening times: Restaurant and Cellar Bar open every night from 6.30 – 9pm, year round. Kitchen Garden Restaurant open during the summer holidays all day from 11am – 9pm. Recommended to call in advance to check opening times.
