Why not join us for a Shire Horse Experience Day or a Shire Horse Drawn Carriage Ride with Afternoon Tea in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
Carriage Ride with Afternoon Tea enjoy a leisurely Shire Horse-drawn carriage ride in the stunning countryside followed by a delicious Afternoon Tea overlooking the Preseli Mountains and Cardigan Bay. A perfect day out for all of the family including your four-legged friends!
Experience Days are open to all ages and abilities. The experience lasts approximately 1 – 1.5 hours. John has many years experience and been awarded the Welsh Horse Ploughing Champion on many occasions, most recently in 2019.
We offer two Shire Horse Experiences which could include the folllowing:
- Meeting the Shires, grooming & washing
- Harnessing the Shires ready to be worked.
- Learn how to long rein a single or pair of Shire Horses in our arena
