Tenby Adventure – Guided Coasteering & Sea Kayaking

Tenby Adventure offers guided coasteering and sea kayaking along the Pembrokeshire Coast, operating from Tenby within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Activities explore limestone cliffs, sea caves, sheltered coves, and quiet beaches, with routes chosen to suit conditions on the day.

All sessions are led by experienced local guides with detailed knowledge of the coastline, tides, and weather. Groups are kept small, allowing guides to adapt each session to the ability and interests of the group while maintaining a strong focus on safety and clear instruction. Along the way, guides share insight into the area’s wildlife, geology, and coastal history.

Coasteering involves swimming, scrambling, and optional jumps, offering a hands-on way to move through the coastal environment. Sea kayaking provides a calmer but equally immersive way to explore the coast from the water. No previous experience is required, and activities are suitable for a wide range of abilities, subject to age limits and sea conditions.

Tenby Adventure runs regular scheduled sessions as well as private group bookings. All specialist equipment is provided, and activities are planned around tides and weather to ensure safe and enjoyable experiences.
