Well Park has been in the same family ownership for over 100 years and has been operating as a caravan park since 1960 from which time we have constantly improved and landscaped the park to its present high standard.
This attractive family run immaculately maintained park is ideally situated between the popular seaside resorts of Tenby 1 mile, and Saundersfoot 1 1/2 miles. Waterwynch Bay is a pleasant 15 minutes walk.
Well Park is the ideal place for a family holiday. Many of our customers return year after year to enjoy the quality accomodation we provide.

Accessibility
Well Park is a holiday caravan park that has caravans, holiday cottages and a flat for hire; we also take a large number of touring caravans and tents.
At the entrance there is a conservatory, which is used as a reception there, are 3 steps to enter, there is a doorbell at entrance for anyone needing assistance.
Access to the static caravans by steps with handrails ranging from 2 to 4 tread due to caravan manufacture no access is available for wheelchairs as the width of corridors would not be sufficient to accommodate them.
There is a tarmac road with parking bay for 1 car by each caravan.
Holiday Cottages have from 1 to 2 steps at entrance. Because of layout not suitable for wheelchair users. Car parking opposite or by side of cottage.
Holiday Flat is reached by a flight of steps (approx 14) not suitable for wheelchair users or young children. Parking opposite.
Touring and Camping fields are mainly level one has a slope there are tarmac roads and hardcore roads around the park covering most areas.
Laundry & dishwashing room have 2 steps at entrance.
We have disabled Room with toilet, shower, wash hand basin with handrails all on one level £5.00 deposit required for key.
We have a baby changing room with shower, wash hand basin, toilet and baby changing table with access by ramp.
We have toilet blocks all with free showers and hot water they have 1 or 2 steps to go into these toilet Blocks.
Clubhouse at Well Park. The main door has a small step which can be accessible for a wheelchair user, toilets are adjacent to the bar with 1 step down and can also be accessible for wheelchair users using side door.
Games Room not suitable for wheelchair users as there are 5 steps with handrail to access the games room.
Public telephone at the park entrance Mobile phone reception is quite good for vodafone or orange networks.
Bus and Train Station in Tenby Approx 1 mile. Buses stop opposite site entrance for Tenby and Saundersfoot.
Shop & Restaurant in village of New Hedges approx 5 min walk.
