Ynglŷn â Valley View Cottages
Four cottages each with their own garden. Set in grounds of around an acre with an orchard, pond, wildflower meadow and areas for dogs and children to run around. All with breath-taking views over the Pembrokeshire countryside and Teifi Valley. The smallest cottages accommodate two people, and the largest cottage sleeps a maximum of six (in total we can accommodate 14 people). Cots and highchairs can be provided for infants on request. Dogs are very welcome at Valley View Cottages.
There is a shared games barn on site with table tennis, darts and a pool table. Parking is available and we have an EV charging point.
The beautifully converted cottages have been renovated from 200-year old stone barns and provide a peaceful haven from the hustle and bustle of modern day living. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets and starry nights, free from light pollution, allowing plenty of opportunities to appreciate the dark skies. The birds and insects love it here too. There is direct access to a footpath from the garden and there are two pubs within walking distance.
Located inbetween the market towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn, where you’ll find an array of independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. The picturesque village of Cenarth Falls, famous for its beautiful waterfalls is also nearby. If you would like to visit the beach, you will be spoilt for choice with numerous beaches within 30 minutes drive including Poppit Sands, Mwnt a bit further north or Newport to the west.

From the South, Carmarthen: Pick up the A484, following signs for Newcastle Emlyn. At Newcastle Emlyn stay on the A484 to Cenarth. Take the left turning on to the B4332 (signposted to Boncath) and proceed through Abercych. Just before the village of Newchapel turn right at the turning signposted Cilgerran 3 miles. After about 200 yards turn right onto our track – there is a sign for “Valley View Cottages”. We are located a kilometre down this track – keep straight on at the fork.
From the north, Aberystwyth: Pick up the A487 and follow until you reach Cardigan. At the roundabout take the first exit
onto the A484. Go through the village of Llechryd and take the right hand turning over the bridge. Follow this road up the hill and continue for approx. 1.5 miles. Take the left hand turn signposted to Newchapel. After about 1.5 miles turn left onto our track – there is a sign for “Valley View Cottages”. We are located a kilometre down this track – keep straight on at the fork.
