With space to sleep eight, it features four generously-sized bedrooms: three with luxurious king-sized beds and one twin room. The latest addition, a spacious king bedroom, comes with its own contemporary en-suite featuring a walk-in shower.

Inside, the modern open-plan living area serves as an inviting hub for families and friends to gather, complete with Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. The property’s chic interiors harmonise with nature, offering a cosy atmosphere where relaxation meets luxury.

Step outside to a private terrace and garden, overlooking a tranquil valley. Here, the inviting hot tub awaits, offering an idyllic spot to unwind as you soak up the surrounding beauty. For those inspired by nature’s call, a leisurely walk from Parkfields leads to the sandy expanse of Broad Haven beach or along the picturesque coast path.

On-site, guests have exclusive access to our fishing lake and a games room equipped with a pool table and table tennis. Our attentive staff are available during the day to cater to guests’ needs and ensure a seamless stay, with 24-hour assistance available for any emergencies.

Parking:

  • Parking is located adjacent to the property on a sloping gravel area.

Approach and Entrance:

  • From the parking area, guests will need to navigate 3 steps and traverse a 15m walk across a private gravel courtyard.
  • There are an additional 3 steps leading to the main entrance of Parkfields.

Ground Floor:

  • Once inside, the ground floor provides level access, primarily laid with luxury click laminate flooring.
  • A king-sized bedroom is available on this floor, equipped with an en-suite that includes a walk-in shower. Please note that there are no grab rails present in the shower or the en-suite.

Upper Floor:

  • The other three bedrooms and an additional bathroom are located upstairs, accessed via a staircase.

External Areas:

  • From the property’s conservatory, there’s a step leading to the garden without a handrail.
  • An alternate access point to the garden is available through a side door, which features a small ramp. This leads onto slightly uneven ‘crazy paving’ style slabs that traverse through the garden.

Additional Information:

  • Unfortunately, there’s no ramped access to the main entrance of the property.

Directions from Broad Haven:

With the sea on your left, head North up Haroldstone Hill. After about half a mile, take the first right immediately after St Madoc’s Church.  The Timber Hill entrance will be on your right hand side after a few hundred yards.

Getting to us by Train

Our nearest Train Station is located in Haverfordwest. Most Trains passing through here will terminate in Milford Haven. We would recommend  taking a taxi from Haverfordwest station to us at Timber Hill. This journey will normally cost approximately £30
