There is a low step giving access into the property via the front door. The ground floor has slate floors and there is a ground floor bedroom with shower and toilet facilities. There is a low step out into the garden
Cyfarwyddiadau
Directions to: The Old Cowshed, St Ishmaels, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA62 3SR. From Haverfordwest. Follow B4327 signed for Dale for approx 10 miles until you reach the Tavernputt Crossroads. Turn left – still following B4327 for Dale and Skomer. After approx 1⁄4 mile take the next left signed St Ishmaels. (Note – this road is not suitablefor long vehicles) Follow lane approx 1 mile, down the hill, over narrow bridge over stream, and up otherside until you reach East Lodge bungalow and the farm lane/drive for Butterhill on the right. (Note, the sign for Butterhill faces the way you are going, so you won’t see it untilyou reach the lane). Follow lane/drive for about 1⁄4 mile. When you reach the Manor House, stop and turn right down the alley BEFORE and to the side of the Manor House to the Old Cowshed. Do not go past the Manor House. From Milford Haven direction Follow signs for Dale and St Ishmaels coming round the head of Sandy Haven Pill and past the Baptist Chapel on your right. After the Chapel follow road for approx 2 miles and turn right at the first proper crossroads. Do not worry about the sign that says unsuitable for long vehicles! Follow road for 1⁄4 mile until you reach a bungalow on your left called East Lodge- thefarm lane/ drive to Butterhill is clearly signed on the left by the bungalow. Follow lane/drive for about 1⁄4 mile. When you reach the Manor House, turn right down the alley to the side the Manor House to The Old Cowshed. Do not go past the ManorHouse.
