Nestled amongst the countryside in the pretty village of Ludchurch, Pembrokeshire, The Dairy, as the name suggests, is a former barn which has been tastefully converted and restored into high quality luxury accommodation sleeping 4 people. This self-catering holiday cottage occupies a unique position amongst the rolling Pembrokeshire countryside, whilst still being within close reach of many of Pembrokeshire’s award winning beaches. The cosy hamlet of Wiseman’s Bridge is just a 5 min drive away (or reached on foot via a 40 minute scenic walk), with the larger villages of Amroth and Saundersfoot both within a 10 minute drive. After a busy day exploring the best beaches and attractions Pembrokeshire has to offer you can look forward to relaxing in your peaceful holiday cottage hidden away in tranquil surroundings with the luxury hot tub creating the perfect place for you and your family to unwind .

The self-catering cottage is accessed via a country lane off which the road pulls into the large driveway with ample parking for several cars. Entering into the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, the stylish kitchen and high quality decor give you an immediate sense of quality and luxury combined with the rustic charm of exposed wooden beams, cosy log burner and beautiful countryside views. The fully fitted kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need for your stay including dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and integrated oven, grill and hob. The dining area seats up to 4 people and the full length glass patio doors make the most of the countryside views and give access to the peaceful enclosed garden. The living area provides comfortable sofa seating for up to four people with wall mounted flat screen Smart TV.

The bedrooms are located at either end of the cottage with the master bedroom benefiting from bi-folding doors which open out onto the private garden from where you can enjoy the scenic countryside views. The en-suite shower room comprises a large shower unit with wc and hand basin. Bedroom 2 is made up with twin beds and the family bathroom is located next door and comprises bath with shower over, wc and hand basin.

Outside there is a fully heated summer house furnished with sofa seating and offering an extra cloakroom toilet. This is available for your use from Easter-September inclusive. Outside of these months the summer house is not available.

The Dairy further benefits from WiFi and underfloor heating throughout. Bath and hand towels are provided – please provide towels for use with the hot tub.

Accessibility

The Dairy is situated in a rural location and is all on one level. Doors are of standard width and height with handles. Kitchen worktops are of standard height.

Directions

Directions: Follow the M4 into Wales and continue onto Carmarthen. From Carmarthen take the A40
dual carriageway, signposted for Fishguard and St Clears. When you reach the St Clears roundabout
take the first exit onto the A477 signposted for Pembroke Dock and Tenby. Continue on this
road passing through Llanteg (past the sign for Pembrokeshire) until you reach a urn off on your left
signposted for Amroth, Wisemans’ Bridge and Narberth (all 2.5 miles). Follow the winding road for
approx. 500 yards until you reach a right turning signposted for Narberth and Ludchurch.

Public transport.

Service bus will be in the village.

Nearest Train Station is Kilgetty, but taxis can be arranged for collection.
