The Barn

About The Barn

The Barn is a former farm building that has been lovingly restored with a contemporary twist to provide all the comforts of modern life, ensuring that our guests return home relaxed and refreshed, and wanting to return.

The cottage will wow you with its old-world charm and all you need for a relaxing holiday or short break: a superbly-equipped kitchen, Sky TV, Netflix & free WiFi/wired internet, super-comfortable beds, plus a bathroom with bath and separate shower; outside you will find a table, benches and parasol for alfresco dining.

Honeyborough is a hamlet of Neyland, in the centre of Pembrokeshire, just a 15 minute walk from the River Cleddau.  Neyland is home to a yacht club, several excellent restaurants and cafes, and a marina with 420 berths.  The marina is at the former Neyland Railway station which was the brainchild of Isambard Kingdom Brunel. Brunel’s statue can be found near the waterfront.  The Brunel Trail is a cycle and footpath on the former railway line which begins in Neyland Marina and extends to Haverfordwest; it is a great place for cycling, photographing wildlife, and walking safely away from traffic.

Pembrokeshire is a walker’s paradise with 186 miles of Coastal Path and 50 beaches, many of which have Blue Flag status.  The county is blessed with some of the most stunning scenery not only in the UK but the World; crystal clear waters that have travelled, uninterrupted, 8,000 miles from Brazil wash the coastline bringing with them wildlife to delight both visitors and locals alike.

Foodies are spoilt for choice in Pembrokeshire with many restaurants, cafes and public houses utilising local produce in their kitchens; from St David’s in the north to Tenby and Saundersfoot in the south, and a multitude of small villages in between, there are eating establishments to delight all tastes and budgets.

Pembrokeshire is blessed with activities and attractions for everyone, young and old from watersports, to zoos, boat trips, and of course no holiday is complete without a trip to one of our 50 beaches where visitors will find sand castle competitions, kayak/surfboard hire and ice cream kiosks! It’s a great opportunity to have a go at that activity you’ve always wanted to try but never done.
