The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a kingsize bed and views of Carn Llidi. There is a double bedroom on the first floor, overlooking the rear patio. There is a spacious first floor landing with writing desk, chair and a library of books for you to enjoy. On the second floor there is a twin bedroom with adjoining bathroom, containing a shower, WC and wash basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious family meals, including a 5 ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils. There is a dining table with seating for 6. The cosy lounge has a 3 seater leather sofa, a 2 seater leather sofa, a leather armchair, TV with DVD player and freeview, a gas fire and underfloor heating. On the ground floor by the utility area there is a cloakroom with WC and wash basin. On the first floor there is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. On the second floor there is a shower, WC and wash basin. Next to the kitchen is a handy utility area equipped with sink and washer dryer. There is an enclosed rear patio area with picnic bench, perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors on a sunny day. There are two private car parking spaces available next to the enclosed patio area – a real bonus in central St Davids where parking spaces can be hard to find!

Directions

  • Go through the centre of St Davids, round the Cross, and turn right into Nun Street, which is one way, following the signs for A487 Fishguard.
  • The house is 400 metres along Nun Street on the right.
