Schooner house, the largest of the holiday lets in the Admirals Mews development is distinctive with its inverted layout, the main bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground level, elevating the living areas and kitchen to the first floor, thus meaning the spectacular views can be enjoyed throughout the day by everyone!
Schooner House is also a family friendly property equipped with highchair, travel cot and a retractable stair gate.
Saundersfoot is a small village with a lot to offer, from restaurants to cafes, local trades, water sports, beaches and coastal walks. There is plenty to see and do on your doorstep or you could venture into the nearby seaside town of Tenby , its fascinating history goes back as far as the iron age. Narberth, an old market town filled with unique shops, arts and culture is a twenty-minute drive away. Saundersfoot is a central location to visit the vast array of attractions and activities that Pembrokeshire has to offer.
Enter the property into the hallway with doors to two bedrooms and the main bathroom on the left and the stairs on the right, leading to the living areas and third bedroom. Thoughtfully decorated in cool blues and natural wood tones, creating a seamless connection to the seascape outside.
Bedroom 1: Twin zip and link beds (with prior arrangement the beds can be attached together to form a super king). Fitted with a wardrobe, drawers and a dressing table. This bedroom has sea views.
Bedroom 2 is the master bedroom with a super king bed, large double wardrobe with full length mirror, a dressing table and an ensuite.
The master ensuite is roomy, a bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin.
The main bathroom has a separate shower cubicle, a bath, towel rail, toilet and washbasin.
There is plenty of space downstairs to store coats, shoes, pushchairs or beach equipment.
Upstairs leads to the main living areas. At the top of the stairs is the third bedroom.
Bedroom 3: bunk beds with a built-in wardrobe and a velux window.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you may need for a self-catering holiday, including appliances such as dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer dryer.
The open plan dining/ living area is a bright and spacious room with its vaulted ceiling and the natural light spilling in through the balcony doors and windows. A dining table and seating for six is conveniently situated near the kitchen. Three comfortable sofas are arranged around the captivating sea views. A large flat screen smart TV with a large choice of apps, basic Sky package, Freeview, DVD player and Chromecast has been provided for your use.
Out on the balcony, furnished with a table, chairs and parasol you may need your sea legs! The balcony resembles the bow of the boat, with the views, sea air and sounds of the waves, you may feel as though you are drifting out over to the Gower. A wonderful area to relax, eat and drink.
The property is centrally heated throughout and has WiFi.
There is one parking space allocated for this property and a complimentary parking pass for one car during peak season at the Regency Car Park.
One well behaved pet is welcome.

Schooner House is situated on the top of a hill. There are no alternate entrances to the building. There is a handrail going up the stairs. Doors are of standard width and height, with handles. Balcony doors, slide open and closed, with a step to go outside. Kitchen worktops are of standard height.

Directions: Follow the M4 into Wales and continue onto Carmarthen. From Carmarthen take the A40
dual carriageway, signposted for Fishguard and St Clears. When you reach the St Clears roundabout
take the first exit onto the A477 signposted for Pembroke Dock and Tenby. Continue on this road until
you reach the roundabout at Kilgetty. Take the first exit onto the A478 towards Tenby, then take the
second left turning (opposite the Dragon Palace Chinese Restaurant) for Saundersfoot. Continue on
this road passing St Issell’s Church on your left and continue straight ahead passing Saundersfoot
School on your left. Once you pass Saundersfoot School you will come to a junction. Turn right here
toward the village centre. You will immediately see a blue building to your left and this is Admirals
Mews. Take the first left into Admirals Mews (there is a sign saying Admirals Mews to the left of the
entrance).
