Quality 4-Star seaside self catering holiday accommodation in Broad Haven, Pembrokeshire, West Wales.  All of our apartments offer the ultimate in sea views over the panoramic sweep of St. Bride’s Bay in West Wales. On a high tide the waves will almost reach to the door – but not quite – only the width of a B class road separates these charming self catering apartments from the firm golden sands of Broad Haven beach.

Accessibility

The apartments are approached from the car park at the year of Londis shop and Post Office. Luggage can be unloaded outside Apartments 2 and 3. Vehicles whose drivers have mobility problems can be parked directly outside Apartments 2 and 3.

We offer the facility to borrow a wheelchair and other aids and equipment. Please let us know your requirements on booking. All apartments have non feather pillows and duvets with cotton covers and sheets. All beds have reading lights and a pull cord on/off switch over the bed.

Remote control TV’s with digital TV and DVD players with remote controls. Mobile phone reception is available from the major providers. Dogs are welcome.

From main entrance a tarmac drive – pedestrian use only (gentle slope approx 1 in) leads to seafront road 25 metres away. Opposite this pedestrian only access on the other side of the road is a concrete ramp leading onto the beach. Village shop and post office 50 metres along the road. Public Transport (bus stop) 60 m along the pavement.

Step 85mm high door 840mm wide. Commercial sized washing machine and tumble drier.

Apartment 2

Ramp to entrance doorway. Standard internal staircase and domestic stair lift to first floor.

Open plan kitchen/dining area leading to glass double doors to sitting area standard three piece suite. Kitchen has standard height work surfaces, dish washer, a low level gas oven/grill with standard height four ring top. Microwave oven at work top height and a fridge freezer. Some wall cupboards above worktop.

Spacious lounge with ample natural lighting. One double bedroom and two twin bedrooms on the same floor.

Bathroom with standard toilet and hand basin and flexible shower over bath. Separate toilet/shower room with small hand basin and walk in shower with step 115mm high.

Light switches at standard height and power points at a sensible height.

Apartment 3

Ramp to entrance with step over the doorway. Internal staircase with banister.

Living area with three piece suite and cane chairs leading to kitchen/dining area through wooden double doors. Kitchen has standard height work surfaces, dish washer, a low level gas oven/grill with standard height four ring top. Microwave oven at work top height and a fridge freezer. Some wall cupboards above worktop.

Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on same level. En-suite with toilet, wash basin and bath with flexible shower.

Internal wooden staircase to upper floor with banister. Upstairs with double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.

Apartment 5

External wooden staircase with banister to entrance porch. Front door.

Kitchen has standard height work surfaces, dish washer, a low level gas oven/grill with standard height four ring top. Microwave oven at work top height and a fridge freezer. Some wall cupboards above worktop.

Dining/Living area with 3-piece suite. Internal staircase with banister.
