On a high tide the waves will almost reach to the door – but not quite – only the width of a B class road separates these charming self catering apartments from the firm golden sands of Broad Haven beach.

Accessibility

The Apartments are approached from the car park at the year of Londis shop and Post Office. Luggage can be unloaded outside Apartments 1 and 2. Vehicles whose drivers have mobility problems can be parked directly outside Apartments 1 and 2.

We offer the facility to borrow a wheelchair and other aids and equipment. Please let us know your requirements on booking. All apartments have non feather pillows and duvets with cotton covers and sheets. All beds have reading lights and a pull cord on/off switch over the bed.

Remote control TV’s with digital TV and DVD players with remote controls. Mobile phone reception is available from the major providers. Dogs are welcome.

From main entrance a tarmac drive – pedestrian use only (gentle slope approx 1 in) leads to seafront road 25 metres away. Opposite this pedestrian only access on the other side of the road is a concrete ramp leading onto the beach. Village shop and post office 50 metres along the road. Public Transport (bus stop) 60 m along the pavement.

Apartment 1

A very gentle paved pathway leads to the front door and also to front of the apartment where there is a small patio area which enjoys superb views over the bay.
Level lawned area with stone boundary wall.
Front door 840mm wide into tiled hallway through wide (840 mm) wooden door.
890 mm wide wooden door into spacious lounge with ample natural lighting standard three piece suite and additional high back chairs.
Double glass doors leading to dining area and kitchen.
Dining area has large bay window again providing ample natural light and views of the sea.
Kitchen has standard height work surfaces, dish washer, a low level gas oven/grill with standard height four ring top. Microwave oven at work top height and a fridge freezer. Some wall cupboards above worktop.

One double bedroom with turning space for wheel chair and doorway 890 mm wide.
One twin bedded room with turning space for wheel chair and doorway 890 mm wide.
