Accessibility • Our private car park is situated in the hotel grounds. It is on a single level. • To reach the main entrance there is a flight of 5 steps or by walking out the car park entrance and through the garden these steps can be avoided. The steps are edged with high visibility paint and have a handrail on one side. • Patio area with a ramp to lower garden level. • The main entrance which leads to the public lounge is level and has easy access. • Assistance dogs are welcome in the hotel. • There are tables in the public lounge at a suitable height for wheelchair users and waitress service for food and drinks are available if required. • Reception is open between 8am and 10pm every day. Out of hours assistance is always available. Telephone numbers are kept at the reception desk. • The hotel reception, restaurant and public toilets are accessed from the public lounge by 2 flights of 2 steps. These steps have high visibility strips and handrails. • Ramps are available to make access to the above areas easier. Please ask at reception. • There are no ground floor bedrooms. • Corridors have good colour contrast and are well lit. • The first floor is reached by a flight of 12 stairs with high visibility strips and a handrail on each side. • Room service is available to all our guests between 8am and 8.30pm. • Staff are available to assist guests with their luggage. • Menus and guest information can be provided in large print by prior arrangement. • The town centre is immediately accessible. • St Davids Cathedral is situated less than 300 yards from the hotel. There is a park and ride shuttle bus to the entrance of the Cathedral that runs through the high season. This park and ride service stops at the hotel garden entrance. • Cafes, restaurants, craft shops and galleries are all within easy walking distance of the hotel. • The local taxi service is available throughout the year. • A regular bus service to Haverfordwest and Fishguard operates daily and the bus stop is within 2 minutes walk of the hotel. • The nearest train station is situated at Haverfordwest which is 16 miles from St Davids. • Throughout the year a selection of shuttle bus services transport passengers to local beauty spots, beaches, the coast path and other places of interest.
