Nights Under Canvas takes the hassle out of setting up, taking down and packing equipment for your glamping experience or camping adventure! Whether it is a short romantic break or a long well-earned family holiday, or a get together with friends, our packages have it covered.
We work with amazing campsites in Pembrokeshire situated in picturesque countryside or near spectacular beaches. Nights Under Canvas can also create your very own special glamping or camping experience for celebrations, parties, sleepovers, movie nights, corporate events and festivals.

Our standard 5m tent can accommodate a family of up to five people with flexibility on double and single beds and plenty of space for luggage. We have smaller and larger tents (3m, 4m & 7m) to accommodate singles, couples and different group sizes.
* Camping packages can be part furnished or empty Bell Tents.
* Glamping packages include beds, cosy bedding, accessories such as lamps and fairy lights, bunting, carpet and rugs, table.
Optional extras: outdoor table and chairs; cooler box & cooking kits (includes kettle, cups, plates, cutlery, pans, utensils) and camping stoves; power banks; travel cot. Everything you need for a great camping experience.
How it works?
Step 1: Decide which Bell Tent hire package you require, how many people, and if you need any special requirements/extras.
Step 2: Contact us with your holiday/event dates to check availability. We will then provisionally reserve your tent(s).
Step 3: Book your pitch directly with the campsite, ensuring it is a suitable site for our Bell Tent(s). For all other locations i.e home gardens, event venues, just let us know where. See our FAQs.
Step 4: Complete the booking form on our website to confirm booking. See our Ts & Cs for more information.
Step 5: We will contact you a week before to confirm a suitable time to set up our Bell Tent(s) which may be dependent on you and your guest’s arrival times and weather/ground conditions.
SOS bell tent service
If bad weather damages your own tent, the team will do their best and come to the rescue and pitch one of our sturdy bell tents (which can withstand winds of 35mph+) – ensuring you can continue your holiday stress-free.

Working with more than 50 campsites we can recommend the best spots to stay – whether by the beach, in town, or completely off-grid! Our team takes care of everything – delivery, set-up, and takedown – so guests can relax and enjoy their stay.
