About Kittiwake House
Kittiwake House (No. 20) is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom self catering apartment sleeping six, only 200 metres from the safe, sandy beach of Little Haven, Pembrokeshire. The duplex apartment is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors (no lift) looking out over a quiet wooded valley – wake up to the sounds of birds singing and the stream running alongside the grounds (fenced off)
The interior is light and sunny, with comfortable furnishings and conveniences including unlimited free wi-fi, Smart TV and blu ray player. A cot and highchair are available. There is an open plan kitchen and living room, double bedroom and family bathroom on one floor with a further double bedroom, twin bedroom, shower room and landing area for quiet reading or children’s play area on the next floor. We have a selection of films and books for you to enjoy, together with games for the children and if you are desperate, some jigsaws! The accommodation also benefits from parking for two cars with children’s swings, games room and communal patio furniture.

Kitchen: Equipped to a very good standard includes oven, induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is a comprehensive range of kitchen equipment.
Dining area: The kitchen area has a breakfast bar that will seat up to 6 people. (Highchair available).
Lounge: Is comfortable with 2 armchairs, sofa, coffee table, Smart TV and DVD/Bluray player. There is also free unlimited wi-fi available.
Bed Linen: All bed linen is included and beds made up for your arrival. Tea towels and towels (one hand and one bath per person).
Bathroom: There is a bath, shower, wc and sink with a mirror.
Shower Room: There is a shower cubicle, wc and sink with a mirror.
Heating: The apartment is heated by electric wall heaters.
No pets or smoking. Saturday changeover. Short breaks are available out of season. Please contact us for details.

Accessibility
Please note that the property is on the second and third floor and therefore not suitable if you have difficulty managing stairs.
Directions
In Haverfordwest take the B4341 towards Broad Haven. After you leave Broadway take a left hand turn signposted Little Haven. Follow the single track road down into a dip and round bends, up and around a little church (Walton West), take second turn left.
This takes you down into Little Haven (steep hill). Over a little bridge adjacent to the beach, up the road 200 yards and you will see a sign for Haven Court on the left. Drive in and through to the rear car park. As you look back at Kittiwake House, our apartment is the top two floors on the right hand side.
Haverfordwest is about 7 miles from Little Haven.
There is a local bus service from Haverfordwest to the next village of Broad Haven.
During the summer the Puffin Shuttle travels along the coast through Little Haven, seven days a week, to access walks, beaches, boat trips, local villages and attractions.
