- Howelston Mill Cottage Sleeps 8 persons in 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 king sized rooms and 2 twin rooms.
- The kitchen was new in 2021 and now has the addition of large patio doors that fold right back giving direct access to the large patio for alfresco dining. The kitchen/dining has seating for 8. There is also a utility area off the kitchen which houses the american style fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and a wine cooler, plenty of room in the utility area for beach gear, welly boots etc.
- There is a spacious living room, again with doors leading out on to the patio. There is plenty of comfortable seating and a quite corner to read in, a wood burning stove and the main TV. There is the added benefit of a separate TV room, great for children or sport loving grown ups to hide away in from the main living area.
- Downstairs is the main bathroom, with a separate bath and a large walk in shower, there is a second shower room is upstairs with Loo and WC.
