Haven High West

Haven High is located in St Ann’s Head in Dale Pembrokeshire. It is a 2 bedroomed chalet overlooking part of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Footpath and the Milford Haven Estuary. Sleeps 4. Well behaved pets are welcome.

Kitchen/Lounge: Fully furnished and ready for use, the kitchen contains an electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With 2 single beds.
Bathroom: Shower and toilet.

The nearest amenities to Haven High are situated in the village of Dale which is 2 miles away from the holiday cottage, a short drive or a wonderful walk. In Dale you will find the Griffin Public House which not only offers a variety of drinks but also some great pub food. The Dale Boat House Tea Rooms offers essential groceries and the ability to hire a variety of water sports equipment to take full advantage of some of the best and cleanest beaches the UK has to offer. Nearest Post Office is in the neighbouring village of Marloes. 

Milford Haven is approximately 10 miles away from Dale, in Milford Haven you will find many shopping places such as Tesco. There is also a fantastic marina with some amazing places to eat, freshly caught fish for sale as well as 10 pin bowling and indoor adventure playground for children at Pirate Pete’s. 

Mill Bay is a 5 minute walk from the Chalet – a quiet bay and a place to explore many rock pools and swim during low tide. Watwick Bay, a lovely sandy beach is also nearby. West Dale beach attracts many surfers. 

Daily trips out to Skomer Island – Sailings from Martins Haven, near to the village of Marloes. 

St Davids – Wales smallest City is nearby as well as Tenby in the South of the County. From Tenby you can visit Caldey Island. (Monastry of Monks and the famous Caldey Chocolate and Perfumes)

If you prefer not to travel why not sit and relax to watch the abundance of wildlife or watch the ever changing scenery on the waterways. You may want to take advantage of walking or jogging the coastal path which is right on your doorstep. 

Great spot for sea fishing with fishing excursions leaving from Dale Village pontoon.
