The location:

Little Haven really is a wonderfully unique location providing the perfect location for a romantic getaway or a family holiday by the sea with plenty to offer all ages.
Little Haven is a beautiful uncommercialised seaside village to stay in and explore at any time of the year. It is very popular with families in the summer. The beach is lovely and clean, with a great sandy area when the tide is out. It is a great place for families and couples to relax and to play, with lots of rock pools to explore and the sea to enjoy, providing hours of fun for the whole family.
At low tide you can walk along the beach to nearby Broad Haven, exploring the numerous rock pools and expansive neighbouring beach (called Settlands Bay and only accessible at low tides) along the way; it’s about 15 mins walk but please be careful of the tides! Alternatively, it’s just a short 5-minute drive (15 min walk) by road.
Broad Haven is a great coastal town with a large beach and several pubs, restaurants, fish and chip shop and a well-stocked mini market / post office. Broad Haven is very popular with water sports enthusiasts (there’s a great surf and water sports shop on the front) and it is an ideal location for those of you who want to try your hand at surfing, kitesurfing, kayaking, body boarding, windsurfing or just splashing about in the waves! In summer part of the beach is patrolled by RNLI lifeguards for extra safety.
Little Haven is part of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is a great place for walks along the beach or along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and there are good local public transport links, but a car is useful for getting further afield. The area is also popular with cyclists.
