Cwt Gwyrdd Shepherd's Hut and Pod Glamping

Ynglŷn â Cwt Gwyrdd Shepherd's Hut and Pod Glamping

You’ll find Cwt Gwyrdd at the foothills of the beautiful Preseli Mountains inside the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and just five miles from the sea – an ideal starting point for exploring Pembrokeshire and West Wales.

The site is available for single group bookings only and guests have exclusive use of the meadow running down to the River Bannon, with space for 2-6 people split between the Shepherd’s Hut, Pod and Bell Tent. The glamping site is in a large meadow bounded by the River Bannon and fields with our home out of sight and 200 metres away. You will have maximum privacy during your stay.

The Shepherd’s Hut is furnished with a comfortable king size bed and Welsh blankets. There is a kitchen area with hot running water, sink, cooker and a wood burning stove. Outside, you can lounge on the upcycled benches or gather around the campfire with drinks as the stars come out. Fall asleep to the sound of the stream and wake to birdsong.

In addition to a Shepherd’s Hut there, extra optional accommodation includes a “barn style” wooden Pod and a Bell Tent. The Pod and Bell Tent share a camp kitchen with stainless steel sink and food preparation space.

The Shepherd’s Hut, Pod and Bathroom Hut and have electricity but the Tent is off grid.

We operate as a Greener Camping Club (GCC) site. Prices include membership of the Greener Camping Club. Any existing members of the GCC will receive a refund of £10 on arrival.
