Carne Farm Cottage

Carne Farm Cottage is on a family-run beef farm between Fishguard and Strumble Head, the latter with its picturesque lighthouse.

The farm is just a short drive from the Pembrokeshire Coast Path with its 186 miles of beautiful scenery abundant with wildlife on land and sea. There are several sandy beaches and secluded pebble beaches nearby where seals can be seen in the breeding season.

Other attractions include woollen mills, galleries, craft shops, gardens, castles, St Davids’ Cathedral and Bishop’s Palace, adventure parks and water sport activities such as coasteering, surfing and boat trips to the islands.

Groceries can be bought in Goodwick and Fishguard and there are a variety of pubs, restaurants, cafés and takeaways in the area. We welcome children and have a selection of DVD’s books and games for young and old.

This is a traditional cottage and the stairs are steeper than normal.

Sitting room: 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa, armchair, Smart TV/DVD, log burner, table seating 6, highchair, freezer in an alcove
Kitchen: electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher

OUTSIDE

Large rear garden with level lawn, patio, picnic table. Please ensure children and dogs are supervised. Shared access to owner’s washing machine and tumble dryer in a shed behind the property. Driveway parking for 3 cars.
