Three Legg'd Mare are an Aberystwyth band with a passion for the traditional songs and tunes of Wales, England and beyond, and the social history and folklore behind them. Expect lively, sensitive takes on old songs of madness, love, death, adventure, injustice and everyday life, plus a few originals, all wrapped in close vocal harmonies and played on a glorious pile of instruments: Appalachian dulcimer, fiddle, bouzouki, guitar, mandolin, whistles, pibgorn cwd, concertina, harmonica, shruti box and bodhrán. The name comes from the old gallows at Tyburn, but don't worry, the only thing getting hung up on the night is your coat. A Carningli Nights Out evening at Bluestone Brewing Co. 7pm, tickets £20.
