Lan y Môr x The Hungry Cowboy Takeover

We're excited to welcome the award-winning Hungry Cowboy to Lan y Môr for an exclusive one-night feast on Friday, 13th November.

Crowned Welsh Street Food Awards Champions 2026 and named Future Food Legends at the British Street Food Awards 2026, The Hungry Cowboy is known for taking low-and-slow smoked meats and transforming them into bold, cowboy-inspired dishes packed with flavour, colour and character.

At the heart of the menu are their 18-hour oak & pecan smoked brisket and 12-hour oak smoked pork shoulder, joined by generous sides, house-made sauces and plenty of Hungry Cowboy flair. Expect dishes made for sharing, from brisket cowboy taco bowls to blistered mac and cheese, loaded sliders and more.

The evening will be served platter-style, bringing everyone together around the table for a true feast of smoky, indulgent food. Expect sticky fingers, saucy chops, smiling faces and plenty of free-flowing conversation. You won't want to miss it.
