AGM Meeting and Agenda

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (Meeting) of Visit Pembrokeshire (Company) will be held at Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo on Wednesday 2nd April at 10am

The general business to be dealt with at the Meeting is as follows:

1. To receive and confirm minutes of AGM 2024
2. Approval of the 2023/24 Accounts;
3. To appoint accountants;
4. To approve of the special resolution set out below; and
5. Update on Directors.
