The Croeso Awards celebrate the people and businesses behind Pembrokeshire’s visitor experiences, with support from sponsors who recognise the contribution tourism makes to our county. This year, Morgan La Roche Solicitors joins us as sponsor of the B&B, Inn & Guesthouse category. With experience supporting hospitality businesses and a personal connection to Pembrokeshire, the team is looking forward to its first Croeso Awards evening. We caught up with them to find out more.
Who are you and what do you do?
We’re Morgan La Roche Solicitors, a commercial law firm with offices across South, West and Mid Wales. We work with businesses and individuals on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate and commercial work, property, employment, planning, regulatory matters, litigation and insolvency.
Since we were established in 2002, we’ve grown considerably, but our approach remains focused on our clients. We pride ourselves on providing practical, commercially focused advice and building long-term relationships with the businesses and organisations we support, both locally and nationally.
There’s a personal connection to Pembrokeshire, too. Hannah Belton, our Director and Head of Employment, also heads up our Pembrokeshire office. Originally from the county, she spent ten years working in the local hospitality trade while growing up, giving her first-hand experience of the sector.
How did you first hear about the Croeso Awards?
We became aware of the awards through our connections with the tourism and hospitality community in West Wales and the wider region.
What really appealed to us was the focus on recognising the people and businesses who make tourism here so special. Pembrokeshire has so many fantastic independent businesses, from accommodation providers and restaurants to attractions and other tourism businesses. We feel it’s important that their contribution is recognised and celebrated.
Have you attended before, and what are you looking forward to at the 2026 event?
This will be our first time attending, and we’re looking forward to coming together with people from across the tourism industry to celebrate their achievements.
We’re particularly keen to meet the finalists, hear their stories and learn more about the businesses being recognised. As sponsors, it’s lovely to be part of an evening that celebrates the resilience and quality of Pembrokeshire’s tourism sector.
Why did you choose to sponsor the B&B, Inn & Guesthouse category?
We have a strong connection with the leisure and tourism sector. We work with hotels, restaurants, pubs, caravan and camping parks, and other tourism and leisure operators, supporting them with everything from property and licensing matters to business sales and acquisitions.
Through that work, we see the dedication it takes to run a successful hospitality business. This category felt like a natural fit and an opportunity to recognise those who are doing it exceptionally well.
What does being a champion of Pembrokeshire’s tourism industry mean to you?
We’re proud to support an industry that means so much to Pembrokeshire. Tourism is an important part of the local economy, and it also introduces people to everything that makes the county special.
For us, sponsorship is a way to contribute to that success and recognise the hard work that happens behind the scenes. Pembrokeshire has a brilliant community of independent businesses, and we’re pleased to play a small part in celebrating their achievements.
Thank you to Morgan La Roche Solicitors for supporting the Croeso Awards 2026 and helping us celebrate excellence across Pembrokeshire’s visitor economy.
