NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (Meeting) of Visit Pembrokeshire (Company) will be held at The Stackpole Outdoor Learning Centre on Wednesday 16th September at 10am

The general business to be dealt with at the Meeting is as follows:

1. To receive and confirm minutes of the 2025 AGM
2. Approval of the 2024/25 Accounts and the 7 month September 2025-31st March 2026 transitional Accounts
3. To appoint accountants
4. Update on Directors.
