Pembrokeshire Alpaca Trekking

About Pembrokeshire Alpaca Trekking

Pembrokeshire Alpaca trekking offers the opportunity for you to meet the Alpacas, walk approximately one mile with them with a halter, feed them in their natural habitat, interact with them, all whilst spending quality time with your family, friends or couples.
Pembrokeshire Alpaca Trekking is run by myself Rob and is set on a 60-acre farm in the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. After 30 years of farming cattle, sheep & potatoes, it was felt that the farm needed a slight change in direction to maintain its viability. I wanted to continue farming and remain active and outdoors.

Following extensive research, we decided to purchase 10 BAS (British Alpaca Society) registered beautiful alpacas to offer trekking and an overall alpaca experience to visitors of the local area.

Accessibility

The trek is approximately 1 mile long. It is across farmland, grassland, through woodland and there are inclines and undulations. Therefore we suggest bringing wellies or suitable footwear, and a change of shoes following the trek.
The walk is not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs. We do accommodate disabled people though to meet the Alpaca without the trek. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
