Climb of the Llys-y-frân Lake
eturning for a thirdyear, Llys-y-frân hosts the Climb of the Llys-y-frân Lake on Saturday 13th April. Staring at the bottom of the dam wall, each competitor will get the opportunity to ride our fierce 0.5 mile hill.
Cyclists aged 8 upwards, right up to masters and seniors are invited to compete.

We are situated in the rolling, pastoral landscape of the central-northern part of Pembrokeshire, west Wales near the foot of the Preseli Hills.
We are approximately 11 miles north east of the County Town of Haverfordwest and 2 miles south of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
