The lounge area features a multi fuel stove and is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, a giant bean bag, colour TV DVD player, Hi-fi, books and games cupboard.

The dining area contains a pine table and matching chairs and patio doors open onto the decked terrace where one can sit and watch the ever changing views over the waterways.

The kitchen contains fitted units, electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave oven.

There is an adjacent utility room which contains a dishwasher and automatic washing machine.
