In centre of Tenby, 5 minute walk from railway station. Has the advantage of pedestrainisation scheme from mid-July to 1st September, access is still possible by car for picking up and dropping off at all times of day / night but will have to leave the vehicle parked elsewhere (lots of options but easy to get to and safe Rectory carpark a short, flat, 2 min walk) Jump on the horse and trap for a ride, boats to Caldey Island every 20 minutes daily from Easter to October. Coastal and services buses.
The cottage can be accessed by wheelchair from the street but all bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs, with wall one side and hand rail (bannisters) the other. Very good lighting throughout. Super efficient heating on a combi-boiler powered by mains gas, can be controlled from within. All access downstairs has no step from street into open plan living are and out onto decked, walled garden to the rear through wide, double French doors.
